OUR IMPACT

Impact starts with what changes for women.

We are an early-stage organization. Rather than claim results we do not yet have, we are building an impact framework that will guide what we measure, what we learn, and how we improve.

WHAT SUCCESS MEANS

We will focus on outcomes that matter in women’s daily lives.

01

Health

Are women better protected from climate-related health risks?

02

Income & livelihoods

Can women protect more working time, income, and economic stability during climate shocks?

03

Access to solutions

Are useful adaptation tools, information, financing, and support reaching women who need them?

04

Capacity & agency

Do women have greater knowledge and ability to make decisions about climate risks?

05

Systems change

Are effective approaches being adopted, funded, replicated, or incorporated into larger programs and policy?

Measure, listen, adapt, repeat.

Establish a baseline

Understand conditions before an intervention begins.

Track implementation

Monitor who is reached, how the solution is used, and where barriers remain.

Measure outcomes

Look beyond activities to whether meaningful conditions actually change.

Learn with partners

Use feedback from women, communities, and implementing partners to improve the work.

Share what we learn

Publish useful findings—including what did not work as expected.

The first projects will establish the evidence base.

As pilots begin, this page will evolve into a transparent record of results, case studies, lessons, and the changes we make in response to evidence.

We want impact reporting to be useful, not decorative.

That means being clear about what was tested, who participated, what changed, what did not, and what we still do not know.

For what comes next.
